EmergentAppeal.com Advertising Agreement and Contract
Advertisement Description:
Attorneys may sign up for a contract period
of one (1), two (2), or three (3) month duration
for a single advertising space on the EmergentAppeal.com website.
The advertisement will appear on the EmergentAppeal.com Home Page.
Advertisement size varies, but will be a minimum of 400 pixels wide by 100 pixels high.
Advertisement may contain: Company logo, slogan, individual attorney website link,
and general information about the law firm that
can fit into the advertising space described above.
Cost: $20 per month, with a contract limit of three (3) months.
Terms:
Once your advertisement is placed on the website,
no changes shall be made for the remainder of your contract time,
unless a fundamental error has been made, and it needs to be corrected.
Automatic contract renewals are not to be expected.
If your advertisement is currently being featured,
you may not reapply for another contract until
3 weeks before your current contract ends.
You will receive an e-mail confirming your advertising contract's acceptance,
and informing you of your scheduled feature months. Payment must be received
in full to the address above within one week of receiving your confirmation notice.
By paying for advertising services to NJ Hustle LLC, I have thoroughly read, understood,
and agreed to all of the terms and rules mentioned in this
Website Advertising Contract and Agreement put forth by NJ Hustle LLC.
I would like to enter into this contract for the term I will decide upon during the payment process.
